This hotel had a rude staff, an awful breakfast, and it was noisy.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Inn Norwalk.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel respected: Manner of front desk personnel was exceptional.

We had a slight problem getting towels in our room when we checked in, but we were able to get them later.
