The location was convenient. The comfort was good. The service was adequate.

Hotel is described at BW website as "brand new," if so then their investors will not be too happy. Appears to cater to truckers as it is next door to several major trucking fuel and fill stops and accordingly all rooms appear to be smoking and smoked in (we had 6-rooms all with strong smoke odor) and our walls were filthy. However the lasting impression is the rude front desk person whom presented themselves as a manager or owner. She greeted us as if we had intruded and was very concerned that the last of our party was not going to be checking in and they would lose the room sale despite the fact we let them know they were on their way. (we arrived hours before check-in so no reason to drill us). She through the check in forms at us and ran down the rules with zero friendliness. My wife complained later about our room being dirty and she was lectured as to why she we did not say something immediately because she had sent home the cleaning people (this was right after we had lunch while waiting for them to get the other rooms ready!). I would suggest you go elswhere at $100+ a night.

The pool area wasn't very clean and the electric lights within the hot tub were hanging loose in the water, probably creating a safety hazard. I wouldn't recommend that place, unless it is improved dramatically. Most people would've left.
