This hotel made me feel welcome: They were very helpful ladies at the desk, they told me of some good places to go. When we needed info they did their best to help. Helped with faxing papers to our realtors. Even gave me extra bottles of that great smelling lotion since one wasn't eno.

The front desk people were insicere and acted as if they were being punished instaed of being happy with their job. They were not enthueastic or helpful in any way andvthe food was cold..
This hotel made me feel secure: Security in parking lot lots of lighting and good door locks.

I could not get a pillow that was 'flat' enough for a restful sleep. I did ask and got a lower one than originally had, but regretted not packing my own pillow with me.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk clerks were very friendly and accomodating.
