Someone prior to our stay in the room had thrown up and the room still smelled badly.

It was satisfactory though I thought the desk clerk could have been a bit more on the ball rather than simply either reading or sleeping behind the desk. She needed to be nudged to do anything for the guests, such as attempting to find paper plates.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Inn Florence.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
