Although a last minute request for special accommodations was made with the 800 operator, the staff in Florence had our rooms ready upon arrival. The people working the registration desk were efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They honored a last minute request and made arrangements for us and our traveling companions to have easily accessible as well as adjuring rooms. At check-in, they made sure we were aware of their complimentary breakfast and its time and location.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Inn Florence.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
