Dirty pool and moldy rooms

50 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We have stayed at the Best Western in Florence before for the last couple of years on our way to Myrtle Beach and had always found it to be clean and comfortable...unfortunatly in early July we stayed and were disappointed. The pool was cloudy and green...the bathroom floor was not clean, the TV remote was not working, there was no ice, the carpet was not swept, and the room smelled moldy.

My husband and I loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean and near the highway and close to restaurants.

This hotel made me feel respected: They treated us like we were important.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Inn Florence.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was very good. I asked for a whirlpool bathtub and was able to get a room with one for five dollars more. It was nice.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Inn Florence.
