Best Western Inn Falls Church Hotel - Page 1

The room was a complete mess when my roommates and I came in. The beds were not made, the pictures were crooked, the trash bag was overflowing. We had to move our stuff into another room while the maid cleaned it out, but although on the surface, the problem was fixed, we still found empty chip bags under the beds. Overall, for the price, the hotel was nice, though.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The staff presence was not overbearing and the atmosphere was relaxed.

There was a twelve power failure, with no emergency generator. The phones did not work, there was no elevator, only total darkness, they had no means of communication for emergencies and the staff was indifferent. They offered no help. The hotel charged me the full stay.

The first two rooms we were sent to were a complete mess.

This hotel made me feel respected: They took care of the problems fast.

It was fine. I liked the clean rooms and the convenient location.

It's one of the area's best (cleanest, least expensive) Best Westerns. I like the wireless Internet, I just wish they would get it into the rooms as well as the lobby.
