Best Western Inn Cairo Hotel - Page 1

I found that when i first walked through the conveinient doors that I would soon be pleased. I was immediatley greeted by very nice pearson at the front desk. I was given alot when I went to my room also! I found fluffy towels in a very bright and clean, well equipped bathroom and a huge bed! TV was really nice with a guide on a beautiful cherry dresser.I was gave excellent service by a lady who told me to "enjoy your stay".I woke from a very restfull bed to go down for breakfast and was greeted again by a kind desk clerk. I was helped to find a vaiety of delicious condiments. Upon my exit I was asked if Iwas pleased and if I would Stay again. I happily said " absolutly, never been treated beater". Thankyou!

i have been staying here for long time and never had any trouble. if i had any minor problems they would take care of it right then nice people.

There was a bed bug in my bed the first night, and a roach crawling on me in bed the last night. We stayed there four nights. I saw it crawling on the bed side table the first night but couldn't catch it. The housekeeper kept taking my towels and soap and even threw away some fruit I had on the table, not replacing anything, removing the sheets and all the covers off the bed and leaving it like that all day long. The air conditioner kept blowing my curtain all over the place, and was very noisy. There were repeated loud thumps in the wall day and night, not just mine but those in other rooms heard it, too. The night clerk was friendly, but checking out in the morning they mixed up our bills and due to this our departure was delayed - we had a plane to catch. The waffle machine in the breakfast room worked out well, and the adjoining Mexican restaurant was convenient, but not very "Mexican."

best western. Great hotel if anyone reads this trust me its worth your pay.
