It was nice, comfortable, friendly and a convenient place to stay in Brady. The hotel staff was very helpful in providing needed accommodations.
This hotel made me feel respected: They changed the room type from what was originally available when I booked, knowing what I needed.

This hotel chain always has comfortable furniture. The TV's are never broken and are easy to use. They give you wonderful in room service such as irons, blow dryers, and coffee pots. I have also been given a local newspaper in several areas. The complimentary breakfasts are always good.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk person was friendly and efficient without being nosey. We were traveling with a youngster and they were very understanding of her needs.
