Best Western Inn Alexandria Motel - Page 2

The hotel was wonderful. It has a very friendly, courteous staff. I have been in the hotel business over eight years and know what to expect when I stay somewhere and they were terrific.

The room was in need of remodeling, the wallpaper was peeling, the fixtures were in poor shape and the room was dimly lit. The room lock malfunctioned and I was unable to use the room key afterwards although I was issued two new keys after malfunction.

It is close to stores and it has an indoor pool and a hot tub.

Everything was adequate.

No comment, the place was awesome.

I love to stop in Alexandria when I have an off day and want to get away and I always stay at Best Western because it's in a nice location and it's always clean and friendly.

I found everything just fine, except when we came back in the evening our beds were not made up and we slept in them like they were.

This hotel made me feel welcome: When we would come the desk clerk would greet us and ask how our day was going and tell us if there was and thing we needed let them know.

I was totally satisfied with my stay there.

This hotel made me feel entertained: The setting was beautiful, the employees made us feel welcome. The stay was flawless.

They have bad billing procedures. I got billed twice for the same stay.

When I was at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. My only complaint was the lack of pillows and towels, but the hotel was booked over capacity so I am content with my stay there.

This hotel made me feel secure: It seemed to be in a good area and the security guard made me feel like there was someone looking out for me there.

They did not have my reservation straight and tried to overcharge me. The TV remote control did not work, and the sheets did not stay on the bed, which was hard.
