I like my room, however the door latch needs some work. When you would go to open the door there was something catching and made it hard to open.
I also feel that the pool should open before 9:00 am. I am a early riser and I was planning going to the pool to use the whirlpool bath. However, since we were planning on leaving around 9:00, I wasn't able to do that.

We enjoyed all aspects of this small, one-story, neat, clean and tidy motel, with one exception. The steps in and out of the hot tub were extremely difficult to use. In fact unable to use getting in. Coming out the steps are built back into the wall of tub and are very dangerous.
Breakfast was exceptional, much more than the listed continental. Staff were friendly and helpful. Less than 1 mile from the Soaring Eagle Casino.
Definitely will visit again.

I stayed at the Best western last week..i was there for business....I enjoyed my stay without any problems...they have high speeed internet,pool,breakfast,fridge and microwave..it was great value...It was 10-20 dollars less than other competitors...

I stayed at Best Western Inn, Mount Pleasant last week and had great time. It was 1 mile from casino right off exit. Its behind steakhouse and each room had refrigerator/microwave and hot continental breakfast. Also, Indoor Pool, hot spa, and sauna was great addition. Overall the hotel was great value, great location fro the rate. Thank you Best western Mount Pleasant.

The price seemed a bit high, but it was located right down the road from a casino. Otherwise, everything was exactly what I expected from this type of hotel.

Excellent
I was pleasantly suprised (no pun intended)when my family and I stayed at the Best Western in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. The price is VERY reasonable for what they offer, as opposed to the rates of nearby hotels.
