Best Western Inn Hotel

The neighborhood was strange and we arrived after dark so we did not realize until after we had checked in. Miami has changed a whole lot since my last visit fifteen years ago so the neighborhood I remembered as being desirable was not anymore.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very friendly and since my husband is Hispanic, he felt especially welcome since the staff was almost entirely Hispanic. My daughter came along on the trip and they catered to her wonderfully!

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The pool was very small, their service was slow and our toilet plugged up twice. Later, when I emailed the manager, the excuse was that it is an old hotel.

This hotel is in the most ideal area of Miami Beach. I was there with the family and we all had a blast. Oh yeah, the continental breakfast was ideal for the family, simply because everyone has a different time to eat. If you are heading for Miami, don't hesitate to check into this hotel.
