the check in was so fast, the room was very clean.. bed was very nice king room was a bit small but cozy with the heater but NO BATH TUB!..breakfast was nice had everything you want but a place to sit! only two tables had to go sit around the pool....

The staff here is consistently friendly, prompt and efficient. I had trouble with my computer connection and I was amazed at the knowledge and efficiency with which the employee corrected the problem. I also appreciate the limo service to and from Hurricane Kate's, the insistence on no tipping for the service and the cordiality and the accuracy of the front desk staff.

Yuck! Our room was very dirty. You could see the bathroom had not been cleaned well in some time- there was dust and dirt on all the moldings and switch plates and hairs on the counter and in the shower. The carpets were so dirty our kids feet were...

We've stayed here before. Once about 16 years ago and then 10 years ago. The style has not changed in all those years. The room was clean but really outdated.

Wonderful hotel. I loved the rooms, looked like brand new decor and furnishings, very stylish, comfortable and clean. The patio was amazing, beautiful heated pool and fun lounging on the deck with heaters. Hotel was very close to town, walk had a couple streets to stay away from, but fine.
