We've stayed in this hotel twice and have enjoyed it both times. The breakfast buffet is included and extensive. There's free internet (not wifi) in the guest rooms and two guest terminals with a printer in the lobby. The hotel is within easy walking distance of trams (11 18 & 19) and two TBane (subway) stops as well as the center of downtown Oslo. It's an excellent hotel. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed. There's good storage available for luggage and clothing. The rooms facing the courtyard are very quiet.
