21 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Very disgusting hotel, can't believe they have the nerve to call it an "all suites hote", had feces underneath toilet bowl, same linen was used on bed after asking for clean ones I guess the housekeeper just flipped them over, filthy carpets, bathroom smelled of urine, pool/hotub/fitness area was a joke and a mess, sofas in room had cigarette burns in them even though it was a non-smoking room, insect crawling on sofa also. Overall this is a very homely and run down hotel, If you want to keep your hard earned money and wouldn't mind dishing out just a little bit more please do not waste your time, booking a "room" at this hotel.

20 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I am in this Hotel right now and it is nothing like I expected I do not know where to start. The rooms are in poor condition, the carpets are grimy as heck. Cobwebs and dirt falling from the ceiling!! My friend said her couch in her room had a bug crawling on it and she had to kil it with a piece of paper. The bathrooms are a nice size but what is the point if you can not even enjoy it. This hotel is so nasty! Ugh! I can not wait until it is time for me to go back home to Memphis. If you have no other options and you HAVE to stay here I suggest you bring some houseshoes to walk around in, showershoes and your own blankets. Best Western in College Park, GA is disgusting. They really need to upgrade. Do NOT STAY HERE!!! (Pool and Hot Tub area is filthy, smells like a bunch of feet and ass.
