This small hotel is conveniently located on the Piazzale Roma which is a transportation hub. There are buses, water buses, water taxis, and gondolas right there to take you wherever you want to go. Also close to cruise ship port and there's a free shuttle. 20 min. to airport by bus (2 Euros).
Our room was small but attractively decorated and very comfortable. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Much less expensive to stay here than at St. Mark's Square. A water bus can get you there in a few minutes. Can highly recommend!
