42 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
That the Hotel Management was rude and uncaring. I stayed at this room for 2 days and my room was not cleaned either day. Management acted as if it was not a big deal. Was told they would contact me within a couple of days and it's been 3 months and I haven't heard anything from them.
