35 year old with a economy budget, traveling for business
I would have given the hotel a 2 for accommodations, cleanliness and cheerful, efficient staff who care about the guests; however they now have a new general manager who has a bad attitude toward both the guests and the other workers. I am not the only guest who has mentioned this to others working there.

Used this Hotel for a getaway from the kids. Staff was friendly & courteous. On arival, the hotel provided a snack buffet (between 5:00pm & 7:pm) which included popcorn/hotdogs & Pizza. Breakfast buffet was the typyical buffet with walffels, but also eggs & sausage. Room was very clean & quiet.
Only minor problem was the smoking room did not have any ashtrays, but staff resolved withing a few minutes of calling them.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Hospitality Hotel & Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Rooms dirty, gum wrappers, stains, discarded coffee cups, hairs all over bathroom. had to try 3 rooms before finding one that was habitable. 1st room had peep hole removed so interior of room could be viewed from hallway! 2nd room no A/C, dirty...

The hotel was in poor shape. One of the exterior doors had no lock. Our room door did not close unless given a shove. The tub didn't drain unless a towel was shoved in the drain to hold it open.The exercise room had a broken TV and non-useable...
