My company booked a room for me at this hotel, When I first arrived at the hotel, I was a little worried as the exterior of the hotel did not look very well maintained and it resembled that of a motel. When I checked in the man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I needed to be up early for a flight they had a free shuttle service. I went up to my room and was very happy with what I got for the price..my room was clean..actually one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. My bed was comfortable, the wireless was fast and it was very convenient that they had a refrigerator for my medication. My flight was at 6am, so I needed to take the earliest shuttle they had, I asked if they had breakfast at this time, they said no. I was very pleased that even though they did not have breakfast out, the man at the front desk offered to get me danish, yogurt and cereal. Overall My experience was excellent and I would definately recommend this hotel to any businesses.
I traveled with my son and 15 other parents for a hockey tournament. We originally chose this hotel because of the price, the large pool and the free breakfast. We checked in and our room was clean and fresh, we had a refrigerator and a microwave which is great when traveling with kids! We absolutely fell in love with the pool area and so did our kids! They had a meeting space for our team to gather. Our group had to be up pretty early for a game and they were able to put out breakfast for us an hour early even though they didn't serve it until 7am. The breakfast was great, great selection! Wonderful stay!

I went to visit my family who lives in Grand Rapids during vacation. I chose this hotel because it offered a free shuttle from the airport as well as breakfast daily. I checked in and was instantly welcomed by a very friendly front desk clerk, I wanted to take my childrent to the museum, she was very helpful in getting me there!! We loved the pool and the breakfast. Although some of the furniture looked outdated my room was clean and fresh..NO compliants. I would definately come back and recommend this hotel

The fans on the Heating & AC units would go off and on all night. There was no button for just the fan. Thus if woke us up every time it would go on and off. Other than that, it was a great value & clean.
