26 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Exhausted after traveling with 3 children all day, I tried to check into this hotel after seeing a special advertised on a billboard. They blatantly acknowledged that they do not actually honor their advertised rate, and the customer service was disastrous. I left feeling miserable and checked into a different hotel.
