Worst BW hotel I ever stayed in

55 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Toilet leaked all night, exhaust fan did not work, sink was plugged, holes in walls, a/c worked but parts were on floor, no tissues, floors were dirty. Hot breakfast: hot food cool and cold beverages were warm (milk nearly spoiled).

And this was the second room they gave me.

Front desk personnel was great!

There was not much choice in Los Alamos and the other hotel was full.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Hilltop House Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
