The room was recently remodeled.

There was no record of our reservation even though I had a written confirmation. Next morning we could not find a cart badly needed to load a great deal of luggage, and had a difficult time finding anyone to help. The hotel's location was good.

I liked the excellent service and food at convention center meals.

The room was very nice and the bathroom had recently been remodeled.

It was as expected: nice and comfortable, and the prices were right. It's also close to restaurants.

This hotel made me feel respected: I felt respected there because the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodated all of our requests. Several times, they anticipated our needs ahead of time and took steps to make us feel comfortable and well-served.

Best Western was located centrally, which made it very convenient. I loved the 'homey' atmosphere that made me feel 'taken care of far away from my home'.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The atmosphere was casual and friendly due to a high level of efficiency and hospitality. Hence, felt no stress whatsoever and was very relaxed.

It was way better than I'd expected. They are great people. The desk staff is the best!

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure there because I am very familiar with this particular hotel, they have night security, and 24 hour desk staff.
