It was a very nice location and the hotel had very comfortable surroundings.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Heritage Inn Great Falls.
I might recommend it to friends.

I enjoyed the night here. The room was as expected. I did not eat at the restaurant. The hotel had a good location.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Heritage Inn Great Falls.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

My sheets were dirty. There was a lot of hair on them. The wireless internet connection was down.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Heritage Inn Great Falls.
I would not recommend it to friends.
