A very good value, fairly priced...clean rooms, attentive staff. Definitely between the Heritage "Express" downtown and the Oxford Suites, in all values; not quite the extras you get at the Oxford, but quite a step up from the downtown...
54 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Great for visiting CSU parents. I have been staying at this hotel for the past 4 years whenever we visit our daughter, who is a student in Chico. I have always been pleased with the sevice and the front desk. The rooms are simple but clean. I don't know if all the rooms have them, but our last room had a microwave and small fridge at no extra cost. Some located near the freeway can be a little noisy as is the pool area which is located right beside the freeway. The price is right. We had to stay elsewhere one time when they were full....and this hotel sure beats the place we found closer to town!! Now another daughter is heading off to Chico and unless the hotel changes drastically, we will stay here again.

to return to the Best Western Heritage Inn - Chico.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well run. Room was very nice. Location is very central to the Chico area, but a bit hard to find as it sits kind of behind a shopping center. I will definately stay here again in the future.

Friendly, &clean.The vanity space a little to small, no other mirrors in rm. This hotel was clean, inviting, very accommodating the continental breakfast was very put together, more variety in muffins would be good, over all it was a nice stay.

It exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with the environment.I enjoyed my whole visit. I give it an A. It went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely stay there again when I come back to Chico to visit family.
