30 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel is a rip off. I booked online and wanted to cancel and called the hotel directly. The receptionist answered and advised me that it would be OK to cancel through her and she did not cancel. The hotel then charged me for the full five days of stay when I never checked in and I called to cancel. They never reimbursed me and were very unsympathetic to me. The management and staff are very unprofessional and greedy for money.
