40 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The Customer Service was VERY lacking. They were not friendly or helpful. The refrigerator was not working and I called the front desk. They said they'd send maintenance right away. They never came. The A/C did not work well at all in the room or in the hotel common areas.
The good points would be the ample room size, clean room and comfortable bed. If you want a better hotel, try the Best Western Inn and Suites in Ontario which is just 10-12 min. away.

The hotel was clean, our room was nice in general a good stay.Need better food for breakfast. Good location, easy access in and out of hotel, our stay was pleasant, the hotel staff were friendly.

We had a problem with the tv and after we told them about it they really didn't do anything. I wrote a letter to complain and they wrote back saying sorry and that we can stay there again at 25% off the cost. I don't know if we will or not.
