When my sister rolled her car twice on I-5 with my 5 yr old dtr and 13 yr old niece on the way home from Disneyland, these motel people were so cold and uncaring, they charged her FULL RATE to stay in a room for 4 hours so that she could calm hersel

I appreciated very much the service and availability of the managers who were both very kind to welcome and help us as we faced some problems of reservation with the agency. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay.
We needed a place to stay near Bakersfield to break up the road trip from Monterey to Vegas. We didn't want anything more than a place to lay our weary heads but we were pleasantly surprised by a large room with a microwave and a fridge. I...

Horrible
This was the worst place I've ever stayed at in my life, and that's saying something.
Wanted someplace to stay for one night, cause had to be in Wasco, CA early in the morning, so we opted for this place. Seemed like a good idea at the ...

The location was good, it was close to restaurants. The business suite was excellent. We were traveling with a baby and had plenty of room for his portable crib and the sofa in the room was very handy for feeding him. It was very comfortable!
The room provided us with an internet hookup so that we could stay in touch with our family. The business suite was laid out with the separated bathroom area which is comparable to much more expensive hotels we've stayed at.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Heritage Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The carpet in the room was filthy, and I had to wash my feet to put my shoes on after my shower. The bed was clean, though.
The internet is slow, the toilet was not properly installed and rocked. The highway noise was excessive and you could feel the vibration from big trucks going by. The bathroom fan allowed in even more noise. The shower curtain lets the water go thru onto the floor.
The continental breakfast is basic. You have to eat in your room or sit on a couch in the lobby which does not seem to fit the purpose of a breakfast room.

"I needed a place to stay enroute to San Jose while driving my U-Haul during a big move. This place was just right. Right off the interstate, with a well lit parking lot so I didn't have to worry about my truck. Included breakfast wasn't so good, ...
If you don't want to go all the way into Bakersfield, then this is the place to stay. I'ts in the farm country, away from crowds. But, you still have easy access to all the major freeways. Very clean rooms with all the amenities you...
