The night desk clerk was very, very rude. I would not ask my worst enemy to stay in that motel, another one maybe, but at the Best Western Heart of America, never again. The evening desk clerk was very nice but the night desk clerk was insufferable.

The electronic key wiped out a gas card in my pocket. We had to get another electronic key from the desk every time we left the room and we lost money on our gas card.
