27 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel is attractive. However, I was highly unimpressed with the staff and the general amenities. The morning breakfast consisted of stale rolls and bagels, or burned coffee. The television channel selections are horrendous, and I question the cleanliness of the rooms. There were several hairs in and around the bathroom stool when we checked (this was a 'clean' room). It was pretty expensive, but is equitable to what is in the area. Overall, I won't be staying here again. There are better deals in the Lincoln Park area.

I found a good rate at this hotel, and the location was very close to Wrigleyville. The front desk was very helpful in taking my luggage to my room for me when I was in a rush.
