WE STAYED FIVE NIGHTS HERE WHILE VISITING IN THE HARRISBURG AREA. THE HOTEL AND ROOM WAS ALWAYS SUPER CLEAN WHEN WE RETURNED EACH DAY. ENJOYED THE RESTAURANT AND BAR ON PROPERTY VERY MUCH. GREAT PLACE TO EAT AND THE BAR SERVES A GOOD DRINK. BREAK

I have been vacationing with my children at Hershey for the past 12 years and have made this hotel our home away from home. It is clean and the service in adequate for the price. If you are in need of something, all you have to do is ask and the front desk will provide it. The value is good, as your night's stay comes with a free breakfast voucher to use in the neighboring restaurant. You can price other hotels in the area, but I haven't found a cleaner hotel, with a great pool and free breakfast for the price I pay to stay here. Also not that they are close to Hershey and right off the highway, so getting around is easy.

66 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The reception at the front desk upon arrival was very matter of fact and impersonal. Then, the internet connection was not working from my room. The front desk staff was clueless on how to rectify the problem and they had a careless attitude. I complained to the Best Western company, but I never heard anything in return.
