Went to Kenosha for 13 year old baseball tournament. We got rained out and hotel would not cancel reservation even though we never stayed there. Tournament was rained out DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS HERE.

This is a very nice hotel. The people were friendly and very nice. The beds are very comfortable and their pool was wonderful. They had a hot tub too which felt really good.
There is somebody at the desk at all hours of the night and there is the card to check into the rooms.

My family and I took a trip to Kenosha so my aunt’s foster child could get reunited with his grandmother. I was impressed with the politeness of the staff at the front desk and their willingness to help me when the vending machine gypped me.
The only think that disappointed me about the hotel was the grandness. It’s a nice hotel but it just didn’t seem very grand for the money. But don’t get me wrong. The hotel was very clean and they have a nice staff. But the rooms just seemed small and not very grand as I had expected.
Oh, and the pool is only three feet deep through the whole thing. But if you’re not going for the pool and you’re looking more for location and a nice staff, plus free breakfast, then I would definitely recommend this hotel.
