It's okay, I guess

46 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The front desk manager was unresponsive to my complaints, the other girls that were there looked scared, and did not know what to do.

The rooms were too dark in color, and the breakfast was not what I was expecting. The housekeepers walked by with their heads down, and did not even act like they knew I was there. I would only recommend this place if other places in town were completely booked.

This was a pleasant stay in a small friendly town. We noted that the people were relaxed and courteous.

This hotel made me feel respected: They greeted us with a warm smile.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Harbor Plaza.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Staff at the Best Western Harbor Plaza is very friendly and helpful, you could add cute as well. Beautiful smiles greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Look for the short cute girl with a unique name.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Harbor Plaza.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
