Location central for our purposes.Room service restricted to certain hours. Although the hotel is just north of SFO, it was very quiet. Clean and quiet are important. The king size bed could've been a little more comfortable. Too hard.

Convenient, comfortable and friendly. We picked this hotel for its location. It was close to the airport and provided shuttle service to the BART and car rental. It's location was convenient 20 minutes from downtown San Fransico. The rooms were large and clean. The daily full breakfast was a big plus. We will stay there again.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Grosvenor Airport Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The high rise view of San Francisco Bay and the free full breakfast.Everything was wonderful. This hotel is more like a 4-star hotel. It is the best Western I have ever encountered.

Needs updated somewhat rundown. Full breakfast was great although sounds like they are doing away with it. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Hotel needs renovated or updated unlike their website says it has been a while.
39 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I was very appreciative that they let me check in early as I had a morning arrival flight. However, the room was non-smoking, clearly said on the door "non-smoking" and I could clearly smell old stale cigarette smoke. It did trigger my allergies overnight and I didn't sleep well because of that.
The clock radio also was a problem. The on-off-auto switch didn't work properly, so in the morning when I tried to turn it off, I had to unplug it. Also, it couldn't pull in a station clearly, so it was staticky and noisy until I could get it shut off by first using the snooze button and then unplugging it.
(This is room 721, if anyone from the hotel is reading this and can fix that!)
Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very kind and courteous.
