It was close to all locations we wanted to visit.

I liked the location in town. I disliked the unfinished lobby with no one working or even looked like anyone had been working lately (carpenters). The hotel had small, cramped hallways, a small, crowded pool, and an inefficient computer system. At check out we had to wait almost two hours. It ruined the morning for my grandson.

I liked the low price and clean rooms. I did not like the mix-up in pricing.

This hotel was what I expected. I had a good room that was cleaned every day. My stay was enjoyable.

This nice hotel is conveniently located near Grant Park and a nice store on S. Michigan Ave., and only about a 5-minute cab ride to downtown Chicago.

It was a great experience at this hotel.

It's nice when you can walk into them and be recognized. They remember you and know what your needs are.

I made an online reservation with this hotel, which was not honored despite the fact that I confirmed my reservation before leaving my home and upon arriving in Chicago. The staff and management were rude and apathetic to my requests for a double, non-smoking room, which I had reserved.

They have a great location, and a good room with comfy beds.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room was very comfortable and easy to relax in after long days of sightseeing.

I remember the hotel restaurant had been closed by the health department at the time we were staying there. That didn't inspire a lot of confidence but then again, we weren't going to eat at the hotel anyway.
