It was a pleasant surprise - nice large room with 2 queen beds, a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot, plenty of towels. The only problem was the security gate would not open near the room and since it was New Years it wasn't fixed promptly. But...
52 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I had a great corner room and the hotel was virtually empty between Christmas and New Years. The TV did not work well however, but I was not at the hotel much, so I did not mention it.
Since the hotel was not crowded, the guests rooms were kept well apart, so there was no noise and I had a view of the marina, which was nice. They also gave me coupons for a complimentary breakfast buffet.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Golden Sails Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
