My wife and I wanted a last minute get away and decided to go to Dewey Beach for a few days. We have never been there and took a chance with The Gold Leaf. The staff was very friendly and the motel was very clean. I have stayed at a lot of motels on vacations over the years and this one was a nice place to stay. No complaints and will stay again.

When staying at Rehoboth beach, this hotel offers both quality and value. . The rooms are very clean and smoke free.The towels are changed daily and service is outstanding.We would definitely go back to this Hotel.

54 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This may not be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in but it's close and is definitely the worst at the price. We stayed one night (we couldn't find anywhere else) during Greyhound week so the hotel was full of (well behaved) dogs. Virtually every room had dogs in them sleeping in or on the beds. Our room (no dog) was dirty with lots of damage, nasty nylon bedding and worn out appliances. They refused a rebate on the ridiculous $190 rate and when I complained to Best Western they referred it back to the hotel who offered me 20% off. I wouldn't go back for 120% off and will not stay in any Best Western again.
