Mediocre
I was there with my fiance on a saturday night, hoping we can relax and enjoy a weekend night together away from others, it turned out that they had a whole high school staying at the hotel that weekend, it was 11PM and they were still slaming...

Okay
The travel website and Traveler reviews led me to believe this was a worthwhile stay. The desk phone would not contact the front desk. I could not find a front desk attendant at one point. The "business center" is a closet with one desktop...
My son and I flew in from Charlotte, NC to see a specialist at the Aurora Medical Center. My son is very ill and over the phone I requested a early check-in, which they noted in my reservations.
We arrived at the hotel around 1:15 and our room was ready and waiting for us. The desk clerk was very pleasant. The hotel rates were very reasonable and we got a medical discount. It was nice to have a hot tub and pool. The cookies in the evening were delicious and the breakfast had a nice assortment. The only problem we had was we did not have a car and since my son is disabled he was unable to walk great distances to a restaurant and there were none real close by.
I would highly recommend this hotel. The mattress was very, very comfortable.

On a recent trip to Colorado we stayed at the Best Western in Aurora and also the Best Western in Nederland. Both provided excellent service as expected. We are members of the Best Western Gold Crown Club and try to stay at Best Western Hotels whenever possible. We find that, in general, most of the hotels are of fine quality.
It made me feel sensible in that the service was good and the value was excellent. It made me feel that my money was well spent.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Gateway Inn & Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.
