Horrible
We ended up staying only one night, this hotel has bed bugs. My wife was bitten all over her body. I will never stay at another Best Western again. This was the worse experience ever.

10 out of 10 to the staff of this hotel. They were so helpful and polite, they did everything to make our stay a good one.They were always so cheerful and friendly. I could find no faults at all.

Central location for Santa Monica. Great for bachelorette party not from SoCal. We were able to get two rooms together with doors inbetween. The price was within our budget and it was a reliable choice for not being familiar with the area. The location was central for our needs - close to the Promenade and the Pier, not too bad a drive to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and Venice beach. It wasn't hard for all the girls to get ready at the same time, you know, mirrors, lighting and outlets.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Gateway Hotel Santa Monica.

Not bad in quality this place but just to far from shops and restaurants. They provided a shuttle service to Santa monica beach but still not the same as staying close to the attractions. Rooms are pretty small...
will stay there again without thinking twice

Excellent
The hotel was in a pefect loaction,the rooms were comfotable and clean and we had no problems other than the fact that they debited my credit card with$100 in error which i am still waiting to be reimbursed...
