I loved the location, and the set up of the hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms were amazing, the staff was wonderful, and it was probably one of the more beautiful hotels I have ever visited.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: More than anything, it was the atmosphere. The aura of the place exuded class. Because of everything from the furniture to the winding staircase, I felt like a princess.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Gateway Grand.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel is in a great location and I had a great room.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I had lots of shampoo and soaps for the whirlpool tub. The furniture in the room was great.

The front desk seems to have problems giving you the rates you booked on from on-line. You have to be really firm because they try to get you to pay a higher price than advertised.
