I would certainly stay again

The hotel is only a block to the Hwy 101, but it was very quiet place to stay. We had a room by the second pool in the back of the property and was very quiet and was a good sized two Queen room. We did stay the middle of November which meant the pools were closed for the winter, but the nice landscaping around the pool area made it very enjoyable.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Garden Inn Santa Rosa.
I
would definitely recommend it to friends.

The toilet in my room did not work very well and over flowed several times.

We stayed at the Garden Inn last night in the back courtyard section. They had great new rooms, they were very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and the breakfast cafe was quaint and the food is good. I will return here on my next visit.

The room was fine, but the office and sidestep were disconnected. Someone from the office attempted to open our door at 11:15 PM the second night, saying no one was supposed to be in the room. The second night, info was not available to the front desk. After talking through the now closed door, the front desk rep went back to the office, after being made fully awake we eventually went back to sleep. The "morning" front desk had the info perfectly correct.

They also 'stored' a friend's car for 4 days while we went for a trip elsewhere in my car. They're very accommodating, dear people.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: I use a wheelchair to get about and they helped me twice when needed it.

I didn't expect to be 'pampered,' or 'excited'; I just expected a quiet night's sleep and a decent shower.

The employees answering phones and at the desk behaved as if they were uninterested or even annoyed that we were interrupting them. But that's how most hotels are...

I have always had good experiences in them, and usually choose them when traveling in the U.S.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: They accepted our two experienced traveler dogs, gave us a nice large room near the dog walking area which was clean, grassy and pleasant for both dogs and people.

It was a pleasant experience with friendly young women doing the cleaning.
This hotel made me feel content: The location of our room was far from traffic noise and it gave us the impression of being more 'at home.'
