The hotel had a convenient location, it was clean and it had a reasonable cost.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Garden Inn Santa Rosa.

Checked in. Went to go to bed and pulled down the spread to find dirty sheets both top and bottom. Bed had not been changed. Now I check sheets at ANY hotel/motel before I accept a room. This has scarred me for life and it gave me the creeps.

I like their chain and have always had a good room.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They had a warm smile and a cheerful greeting.
