Checked in. Went to go to bed and pulled down the spread to find dirty sheets both top and bottom. Bed had not been changed. Now I check sheets at ANY hotel/motel before I accept a room. This has scarred me for life and it gave me the creeps.

The hotel is only a block to the Hwy 101, but it was very quiet place to stay. We had a room by the second pool in the back of the property and was very quiet and was a good sized two Queen room. We did stay the middle of November which meant the pools were closed for the winter, but the nice landscaping around the pool area made it very enjoyable.

We stayed at the Garden Inn last night in the back courtyard section. They had great new rooms, they were very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and the breakfast cafe was quaint and the food is good. I will return here on my next visit.
