We really enjoyed the comfy bed. The pool was nice (could have been a little warmer). The dogs were noisy and were in the non pet area a lot. Breakfast was great. We recommend it.

The staff was fantastic, lots of ideas given for us to enjoy the area, just wish we had more time to take it all in. Room was very clean, and up-to-date. Hotel is only a mile from downtown, and close to all the fun things to do. The kids loved the deep pool, 11 ft deep on the one end, and nice and warm too. We also enjoyed the large hot tub. Breakfast was well stocked with all the essentials for an expanded continental breakfast. We will return and allow more time to enjoy the beautiful area!

It was in a good location, right in Traverse City. The room cleanliness was just acceptable, but the desk service was spectacular. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was a little small. Overall, it is a good hotel for a good price. I would stay there again.
