Best Western Floridian Hotel

It was a great location and an exceptional price. They offered nice amenities like breakfast, a pool and clean rooms. They had friendly employees and clientele.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I liked the welcoming front desk staff. Early check in was allowed.

The highway noise was unbearable. There were sirens going by every thirty minutes and the guests staying there were not quiet at nighttime.

My stay at the Best Western was fine. I did have an issue that my son left a belonging behind and the hotel manager made me schedule the pick up with UPS and to pay for it. I thought that was kind of poor customer service.

The stay was pleasant enough and the building was very easy to find. The only difficulty we had was that the restaurant was under renovation, but even so the hotel was able to provide a continental breakfast. The only drawback is the traffic noise from the highway nearby.

Understanding the hurricane issues, the building was older in design with exterior door entrances, which, for a traveling woman, are a great concern for safety. The parking lot was less than adequate for the quantity of vehicles permitted to park. Finding a parking space after 6 PM was impossible.
