The staff was extremely helpful. They were some of the friendliest people I've had the pleasure of working with in booking my hotel. The continental breakfast had a wide selection, which was great, too.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was a reasonably priced room, with the capabilities for me to go on the internet, so was able to be comfortable, and yet get some work done.

The experience was unique as we were trapped in the hotel due to a severe ice storm. Dining options were limited, anxiety was high, and some staff was forced to work out of their job description and normal hours and they handled it exceptionally well.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was exceptional from the check-in, the desk staff, to the maintenance people and the maid service. They were friendly and extremely customer service oriented which made me feel they respected me as a person and as a paying customer.

Overall, we felt good about the experience as they treated us very kindly and with respect and were very helpful in giving us directions to other places we needed to go to.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt welcome there because of the greeting and the friendliness of the people.

The room was very tired, it needs updating. Very spacious. Housekeeping didn't come until called at 3pm.

The bathroom lighting was not working properly which I didn't like at all since I don't see very well. I didn't say anything because I managed for one night.
