Stayed here when I was in Niagara Falls for the marathon. The price was very good compared to other hotels close by. The room was spacious, quiet & clean. At first I had doubts about being on the first floor (which was actually the basement level) but it worked out just fine. The hotel was also within walking distance of the race expo, the bus shuttle pickup & the finish line. My only complaint was the there were very limited t.v. stations in the room. I swear, one station had the same scene stuck on the screen for almost three days! Besides that, I would def. stay again if I run the marathon.
I canceled after finding out about the hidden fees they charge. $25 per day for a small pet and $15 per day for parking. It was cheaper to stay in a better hotel that did not charge you for the basics.

Reserved a room online. Came to just under $200 for 2 nights. Printed out the confirmation and made sure the credit card had enough money available on it. Brought some spening money up for the weekend. We get there after a long drive and go to check

Excellent
This hotel has what we want when we go to the Falls, which is often. Clean, safe, good rates & probably the best location in Niagara Falls. Yes you have to pay $10 for parking, but if you know that ahead of time it's no big deal. If you book...

My family visited Niagara Fall in June of 2008. There was 11 of us and we made no hotel reservations before the trip. We arrived at the falls at about 7:00 on a Monday evening and this was the first place we stopped. Our room was $80.00 a night which was quite reasonable in a tourist town. The room itself looked like it had been recently remodeled. The room was huge and had everything you could ask for. It was very clean and quiet. Everyroomhas a balcony with chairs. There was no view of the falls on our side, but has a good view of the city. Short walk to the falls, skylon, and other attractions. It is located in the quiet part of this tourist town and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Best Western Fallsview is a nasty little tourist trap. First, there is no view of Niagara Falls like the name suggests--this is a lie to hook tourists. Our room was tiny, dark, and moldy as a cave. The walls, floors, and fixtures were nasty. The hotel charges guests $10 per day for parking even though a nearby Days Inn gave us free parking. When we paid the bill for our room it totaled $170 for one night! I tried to cancel our room 24 hours in advance of check-in when I saw what a dive it was but the hotel told us we couldn't, even though they surely could have rented our room to another unsuspecting tourist. They should be ashamed of themselves for gouging tourists.
