Ok, this establishment has changed hands several times. Once Best Western took over it appears that they have spent some money trying to fix it up. Rooms are a decent size and the price is comparable to other hotels/motels in the area.

The room was a complete mess when my roommates and I came in. The beds were not made, the pictures were crooked, the trash bag was overflowing. We had to move our stuff into another room while the maid cleaned it out, but although on the surface, the problem was fixed, we still found empty chip bags under the beds. Overall, for the price, the hotel was nice, though.
The staff presence was not overbearing and the atmosphere was relaxed.
I am not likely
to return to the Best Western Falls Church Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

There was a twelve power failure, with no emergency generator. The phones did not work, there was no elevator, only total darkness, they had no means of communication for emergencies and the staff was indifferent. They offered no help. The hotel charged me the full stay.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Falls Church Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.
