Best Western Executive Suites Houston Hotel - Page 1

This was my worst stay ever at a hotel. Everything there was BROKEN and DIRTY. No towels, No Sheets on the sofa bed, or in the dresser for it. Broken Jacuzzi, and dirty pool, elavator was broken, and you couldn't use the side door to enter the staircase. So you had to carry your luggage down two long hallways and up stairs. The Lobby Restroom was overflowwing onto the floor into the Lobby, Saturday when I checked in and was still leaking onto the floor when I checked out Sunday. The Counter Clerk was to busy on a personal call to help me at time of check-in. (Very Rude Employees) Later Saturday evening I asked if I could have a late check out and she asked me what time, I replied 1 pm she said NOPE, I said noon, she said NOPE, I then replied why did you even ask then! and said just forget it. The manager wasn't in Saturday or Sunday, but was supose to call me. She was probably never given the message or just don't care. I called the 1-800 # and they emailed the Hotel and 10 days later, they didn't even get a response from the hotel. Whoever owns this Hotel directly should be ashamed of themself. I guess I know why the parking lot only had about 5 cars in it on a Saturday night. Whoever owns this is also giving Bestwestern a BAD name. I've stayed at them all over the country, but I think I'm going to now look to saty elsewhere. Thank you.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was professional and helpful. Check in and check out were fast and efficient.

This hotel made me feel content: I spilled a drink on my clothes and they were able to provide me with a dryer to dry my clothes in time not to be late for my appointment. I had easy access to the ice machine.
