In it's day, it had to have been a nice hotel. Now? It is very old. The elevator was broken the day I was there, so climbing 4 flights was work. Staff was friendly, although checkout time 11AM & noon at absolute latest otherwise they charge...

Hotel was amazingly dirty and noisy. The rooms smelled, the beds were barely made and there was trash on the floor. The pool area was full of drunks late into the night.
The check in process was slow and the staff was rude to me and the guest before me.
