The room was in the back of the building, you had to walk through a hallway that was a temp of 47 degrees. Brrrrr. We had to guarantee 2 nights when we really only wanted one and the price was at least twice the rate it should have been due to U...
They call this Best Western Exectutive Plaza....Sounds Impressive. The entrance appears nice, the interior smells of chlorine. The rooms are typical Super 8 for a lot more money. King size bed looked nice felt like a slab. The toliet barely...
28 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
It is an adequate hotel in a reasonably convenient location. I did not find it particularly comfortable. Half the rooms face the freeway, and it was very noisy all night. The toilet trickled constantly, the corridors were not air-conditioned, and the layout of the entire hotel is awkward and difficult to navigate. However, I had no major problems with my stay, compared to the other reviewer.

the swimming is indoor near the rooms and lobby which makes it impossibles to have quiet time in the room. The noise starts from the pool opens till it closes at night. Would not recommend to stay...
50 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We stayed at this property so we could attend the races at MIS during the end of June in 2007. Check in was efficient and friendly and they had directions to the track printed up.
All the common areas of the motel were absolutely hot, especially the hallway leading to our room. Very wierd.
The room itself was clean, cool, and there was no strong masking odor of cleaning solvents or perfumes.
We found that the phone didn't work and asked that it be replaced or repaired, the front desk said that it would be fixed by the time we got back from dinner. There's a great (but expensive) steak house right next door to the motel and we had a wonderful dinner. When we got back the phone was still not working, they apologised and said it would be fixed tomorrow ...blah..blah...blah.
Well it wasn't, it NEVER worked! They asked us if we wanted another room, I asked them if they were going to send someone up to move all the things we had unpacked and bring our luggage etc. to the new room. Yeah, right!
Each day, even though there were two of us in the room we received only a single wash cloth. Every evening we had to walk over to the front desk and request this item (we couldn't call 'cause the phone was broken). Actually the last two nights we didn't need to ask because we saved extra wash cloths obtained earlier in the week. When we asked about it we were told it was their policy. Very wierd again.
Two days into the stay while cleaning up, the shower head started spraying up on to the ceiling causing the "plaster" to start flaking off and generally flooding a small corner of the bathroom. I couldn't call down to the front desk becuse the phone was broken, their track record wasn't exactly stunning so I covered the leak myself with a ziplock bag which did the trick. We were told they subtracted a day's charges because of all the hassle with the phone etc.
There was some guy I kept seeing in the parking lot and around the motel who looked like he may have been the manager but he only wierdly stared at me, not a word was said.
